We offer flexible billing and project management options to best accommodate your needs… Dryer Exhaust Preventative Maintenance Cleaning Program
- Bill Direct – We coordinate the project with the assistance of management, set window and block times for units to be serviced, account all units included in service schedule, apply volume discount rate based on total # of units, and each unit pays the discounted rate COD upon conclusion of service.
- Corp. Billing - We bill the HOA or Property Management Company and the fees are applied towards an allocated preventative maintenance budget for the building. In some cases it is deducted from HOA fees and/or billed back to the tenants by management. We coordinate the project with the assistance of management.
- Project Logistics
- Map out building exhausts on roof for each unit .
- Map units in building in sequence of exhausts layout.
- Partition unit group segments within 2 hour window blocks for service
